Counseling offered at the individual level for children, adolescents, college students and adults. We service children ages 2 through adulthood for a wide range of mental health needs including but not limited to anxiety, depression, life transition, grief and trauma.
On Demand Parenting
A unique service offered to help parents address concerns in real time without the commitment of traditional therapeutic counseling. This stand-alone session is 50 minutes designed to address your specific parenting needs, questions, or concerns, and can take place in-person or virtually.
Teletherapy
Virtual therapeutic services are offered for those who prefer this alternate method of therapy. Teletherapy allows you benefits of therapy without having to leave your home or office.
Family Counseling
Family counseling is offered in addition to individual counseling or as a stand-alone service. Family counseling is designed to address emotional, psychological or behavioral stressors and to develop healthy and functional relationships within the family system.
Relationship Counseling
Refinery Counseling specializes in premarital and marital counseling by building foundations of trust, communication and balance within relationships. Relationship counseling can also look like co-parenting education for separated or divorced couples who share children, or couples looking to walk through separation or divorce with professional support.
Christian Counseling
Counseling based on biblical truth and Christian foundations. This type of counseling combines faith with principles of counseling to improve mental health and relationships.
Group Counseling
Therapeutic groups are offered at different intervals throughout the year. These include parenting education groups, support groups for parents of neurodivergent children, social skills groups and more. Follow us on social media for information on current group offerings.
Appraisal Services
Appraisal services are offered specifically for autism screening or legal appraisal (such as anger/aggression, substance abuse, etc.). These can be at the request of the client, a school, an attorney or a judge. Clinical reports will be provided as well as treatment recommendations.
Community Education
RCC enjoys spreading the word about the importance of mental health. We provide continuing education for schools, mother’s day out programs, churches, and other organizations. We also enjoy professional development presentations, parenting workshops, and community events. Please reach out to the office manager to request a presentation.
