Into Authenticity is a therapeutic group for gay men. A supportive, therapist-led group that provide skills and resources for gay men and the specific problems they face.
Group Specifics:
Gay men face specific challenges, such as the challenges associated with coming out, fear of discrimination, self-acceptance, navigating supportive family members, and societal pressures. This is a safe, collaborative space that fosters healing and growth through peer engagement and support.

- When: Wednesdays from 5-6PM (ongoing)
